Users may post reviews, comments, or other content provided it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights. By posting any content, you grant TireEX a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, copy, modify, publish, and distribute such content through any media. TireEX bears no responsibility for any content posted by users.

8. Risk of Loss

All product purchases from TireEX are made under a shipping contract. Ownership and the risk of loss or damage to the product transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

9. Product Descriptions and Accuracy of Information

TireEX strives to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions for all products listed in its online store.
Product details and specifications are based on official brand sources and reliable references.
However, TireEX does not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
In the event of a description error or discrepancy between the actual product and its listed specifications, the sole remedy is to return the unused product for a full refund in accordance with the return policy.
TireEX and its suppliers are not liable for:
Minor technical differences resulting from manufacturer updates;
Any reliance on information containing unintentional errors or delayed updates.
Matching the Tire Image and Tread Pattern
The image published for the tire (including the tread pattern) is an integral and binding part of the product description. TireEX undertakes to ensure that the delivered tire matches the published image and tread pattern, in addition to matching the written specifications (model, size, load and speed ratings, and any other essential specifications stated on the product page and invoice).

If it is established that an incorrect image was uploaded that does not reflect the displayed model/tread pattern:

◦ Before installation: The customer is entitled to a full refund or exchange to the product that matches the image and tread pattern at no additional cost, with TireEX handling return/re-shipping arrangements in accordance with the Return Policy.

◦ After installation: TireEX will make a price-difference adjustment in the customer’s favor only, by refunding the difference between the correct product’s price (matching the image and tread pattern) and the price of the tire that was installed, based on the price list in effect on the purchase date, without replacing the product after installation or any other obligation. The customer will not be charged any additional amounts in any case.

Reporting and Evidence

The customer must report the issue via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt, and no later than the general return window (14 business days).

◦ Please attach clear photos showing the tread pattern and sidewall data where possible, along with the order/invoice number.

Important Clarifications

◦ Any discrepancy between the published image/tread pattern and the written specifications is considered a publishing error, and the remedies above will apply.

◦ Non-material differences that do not affect the tread pattern or the essential contracted specifications (e.g., placement of certain printed sidewall markings, minor differences in lettering style or color, country of origin within the manufacturer’s approved production locations, or DOT week/year within storage and usage validity) do not constitute grounds for free return, unless they alter the core specifications or conflict with the approved image and tread pattern.

10 . Old tires after installation

  • The client acknowledges that old tires will be disposed of after the installation of new tires, and the client has no right to claim the old tires after two hours from the time of installation.

  • If the client wishes to keep the old tires, they must explicitly and clearly inform the technician of their intention before the installation of the new tires begins.

  • TireEX bears no responsibility for the old tires if the technician is not notified prior to installation, and failure to notify will be considered the client’s implicit consent to dispose of them.

11. Post-Installation Issue Reporting Policy

  • If any technical error or issue is noticed after installation, it must be reported within 24 hours at maximum from the time of installation, as technical issues usually appear immediately.
  • If there is any issue related to wheel balancing, please contact us within 5 days at maximum from the installation date.

If a technical or administrative error results in the display of incorrect pricing or product data, TireEX reserves the full right to cancel or modify the order and notify the customer accordingly. In such cases, any paid amounts (if applicable) will be refunded without any additional obligation on TireEX.

Vouchers, gifts, or any other additions granted as a result of a technical malfunction shall not be considered binding obligations on the company. TireEX reserves the right to cancel or amend such items without prior notice.

This website, along with all information, products, and services available through it, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind. TireEX makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, nor does it guarantee the website’s continuous availability or freedom from technical errors or interruptions.
Tire Warranty
All tire warranties offered for sale on the TireEX website are subject to the official terms and conditions of the local authorized dealer for each brand. Warranty execution is handled directly by the authorized local dealer according to its policies and procedures, without any additional liability on TireEX. TireEX does not provide any direct or implied warranties on tires or products — including those related to quality, performance, or fitness for purpose — except in one case: If it is proven that a defect resulted from a service performed by TireEX technicians (e.g., installation, maintenance, or other technical services). In such a case, TireEX’s responsibility is limited to repairing the defect or compensating the customer at its discretion, without any further obligation for extended compensation or warranties.
Limitation of Liability
TireEX and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or any products or services provided through it. This includes — but is not limited to — damages resulting from technical failures, data errors, or any financial or material losses related to product or service usage.

14. القانون الواجب التطبيق وحل النزاعات

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be settled before the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom. The Arabic version of these terms is legally binding in the event of any discrepancy with any translation.
