The mobile van service is currently available in the following cities and surrounding areas: Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Al-Ahsa, and Jubail.

Main cities: From 1 to 4 working days.
Other included areas: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may extend during promotional seasons, official holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Appointment Booking and Coordination

Within a maximum of 24 working hours after placing the order (excluding weekends), a customer service representative will contact you to schedule the visit and provide an estimated time
• To avoid delays, customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing the order — including name, phone number, email, and full delivery address.
• Some specialized technical services )such as TPMS sensor replacement, rim repair, or wheel alignment( are not included in the mobile van service.

Second: Installation at Service Centers

Shipping to the Center
• Orders are shipped from TireEX warehouses to the service center selected by the customer.
Estimated delivery time to the center:
Main Cities: 1–4 working days
Other cities: 2–4 business days
Delivery time may extend during promotional seasons or official holidays.

Arrival Notification and Coordination

• Customers receive an email/whatsapp notification with appointment details and shipment status once the tires arrive at the service center.
• Customers must select the appropriate center and provide accurate information to avoid delays.
Attendance on time:
• If the customer misses the scheduled appointment or is late beyond service feasibility, the center reserves the right to reschedule and may apply rescheduling or storage fees, depending on availability.

Third: Shipping Policy (Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Geographical Scope
Shipping services are available within Saudi Arabia only.
Estimated Delivery Time
The responsibility for the shipping duration and delivery times lies with the shipping company. Our website is responsible for preparing and handing over orders to the shipping company within the specified timeframe. After that, all shipping and delivery processes, including delivery schedules, are subject to the policies and procedures of the designated shipping company.

Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to logistical reasons.
Shipment Tracking
• Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
Address Accuracy
• To prevent delays, customers must ensure that shipping and billing addresses are accurate and updated in their account before confirming the order.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-response from the recipient, reshipping or return fees may apply.
The customer is required to provide their national address accurately and completely when placing an order to ensure that the shipment is delivered precisely to the specified location.

Fourth: Service Confirmations and Technical Quality

• Installation includes standard balancing in accordance with tire and rim specifications.
Wheel alignment (axle/angle adjustments) is not included unless explicitly stated.
• Any pre-existing damage to rims, bolts, or nuts releases the company from liability. The technician will inform the customer before proceeding if such damage is detected.

Fifth: Unreceived or Uninstalled Orders

• If the customer fails to install the tires within 5 business days of the scheduled date, or if delivery becomes impossible, the order may be automatically canceled.
• The refund will be processed after deducting necessary fees (shipping/administrative), and the customer will be notified via email.
• The Customer Service team will attempt to contact the customer within two weeks for a reminder before the final cancellation, whenever possible.

Sixth: Possible Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply in the following cases (if applicable):
Rescheduling or additional visits due to site unavailability or customer absence at the scheduled time.

Seventh: Liability and Commitments

• TireEX makes every effort to complete shipping and installation within the mentioned timeframes; however, these times are estimates and may vary due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, traffic, logistics delays, or peak seasons).
In case the service cannot be performed within the expected time, TireEX will contact the customer at least 24 business hours in advance, whenever possible.
Tire warranties are subject to the official local distributor’s terms and are handled directly by the authorized dealer. TireEX does not offer any direct warranties unless a defect results from a service performed by TireEX technicians during installation or maintenance. In such cases, TireEX’s responsibility is limited to repairing the defect or providing appropriate compensation at its technical discretion.
• The company is not responsible for minor technical variations or non-material differences arising from display settings or manufacturer updates.
