Cancellation and Return Policy

First: Cancellation

• The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the shipping process begins.
• If the cancellation takes place after shipping has started or after installation, the installation and/or delivery fees, along with any administrative fees, will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via the official email:

• Once the request is received, the Customer Service Team will review the case and inform the customer of the result and the following procedures.

Second: Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 business days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
1. The tires must be in their original condition and must not have been installed or used.
2. The customer must provide a purchase invoice or proof of transaction from (TireEX).
3 .The return request must be sent via email to[email protected]
Once the tires are received, the technical inspection team will examine them to assess their condition.
If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card or other) after deducting any shipping and administrative fees, if applicable.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The refund process may take 2 to 14 business days from the approval date.
• If the return request is rejected after inspection, the customer will be notified officially by email with the reasons for the rejection.

Third: Unreceived Orders

TireEX reserves the right to cancel or maintain the order if the tires are not installed within 5 business days from the scheduled appointment. If the requested tires are unavailable, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Fourth: Warranties and Tire Services

This policy is considered an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the TireEX website.
TireEX reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. If any clause of this policy is deemed unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.

Fifth: Governing Law

تخضع ضمانات الإطارات المعروضة للبيع على موقع تاير إكس (TireEX) لشروط وأحكام الوكيل المحلي الرسمي للعلامة التجارية الخاصة بكل منتج.
ويتم تنفيذ الضمان من خلال الوكيل المحلي المعتمد مباشرة وفقًا لسياساته وإجراءاته، دون أي التزام إضافي من تاير إكس (TireEX) تجاه العميل.
ولا تقدّم تاير إكس (TireEX) أي نوع من الضمانات المباشرة أو الضمنية على الإطارات أو المنتجات، سواء كانت متعلقة بجودة التصنيع أو الاستخدام أو الأداء،
إلا في حالة واحدة فقط، وهي عند ثبوت أن العيب أو الخلل ناتج عن خدمة تم تقديمها من قِبل فنيي تاير إكس (TireEX) أثناء التركيب أو الصيانة أو أي إجراء فني آخر تابع مباشرة لخدمات الشركة.
وفي هذه الحالة، يقتصر التزام تاير إكس (TireEX) على إصلاح الخلل أو تعويض العميل وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، دون أي التزام إضافي بالتعويضات أو الضمانات الممتدة.


In the event that tires are installed for the customer in a size different from the size originally ordered, the customer must notify TireEX within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days from the installation date.
After this period has passed, the customer is not entitled to submit any claim related to this error, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the installed tire size is correct before using the vehicle.
