If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation:

– The customer is entitled to a full refund if the order is canceled before shipping. Otherwise, installation/delivery fees and any administrative fees will be deducted from the order value.

– Cancellation requests must be sent to the following email: [email protected]

2. Return:

– You can return the tires within 14 working days. To be eligible for a return, the tires must be in their original condition, not mounted on the vehicle, and unused. A receipt or proof of purchase from TireEx is required.

– Once we receive the products, our team will inspect the tires and notify you of their condition after inspection. If the return is approved, we will refund the money to your credit card (or original method of payment).

– You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the order.

– The refund process takes 2 to 14 working days, minus shipping costs and any administrative fees.

3. Uncollected Orders:

– If the tires are not installed by the customer within 5 days of the appointment date or are unavailable, the order will be automatically canceled.

– The customer will be refunded with necessary fees deducted.

– The customer service team will contact the customer during the two-week period to remind them via email.

– An email will be sent to notify you of the order cancellation.

Governing Law

By visiting TireEx, you agree that the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Saudi Arabia will govern these Terms of Use and any disputes of any kind that might arise between you and TireEx and its partners.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to TireEx. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
